Henry Gray

Henry Gray was a Louisiana-born pianist who spent over two decades in Chicago as a member of Howlin' Wolf's band before returning to Baton Rouge and becoming the elder statesman of Louisiana blues piano. His style combined Chicago power with the rolling barrelhouse tradition of his home state. He continued performing into his nineties.
